Seriously!?
Why are relationships so hard?
I’m Molly Sargent. I’ve asked myself the same question… and discovered a solution I’m excited to share with you.
Transforming business relationships… and personal relationships, too!
“Thanks to your training, my wife and I are no longer getting a divorce. My four children say thank you!” - Fortune 10 Banking Executive

Every relationship teaches…
We learn from it… or repeat it!
When relationships fall short—or fall apart—we struggle to cope with the disagreements, disruptions, and drama. We’re left feeling sad, angry and confused. We ask ourselves: Why is this happening? What can I do to make it better?
Do you wish you could feel better in your relationships; feel relevant and valued; avoid drama; get close without getting hurt or burned? Do you want lasting, authentic connection with your family and friends, partners and kids, co-workers and communities, and even with yourself?
I learned the hard way…
the recipe for authentic connection
My marriage began to unravel in 2010. “What happened?” I asked myself. “What now?” I had two kids to raise, a business to run, and a profound sense of sadness at failing to hold my relationship together. Ironically, I’d spent 25 years teaching communication skills to leaders inside major corporations. While processing my pain, I discovered the ingredients of sustainable relationships.

Our Readers Say It Best
“This is a beautiful book. I think you write beautifully, and I can feel you (and a bit of me) in all the poems that I read.”
~ divorced mom & coach
“Molly! I sat down to read it yesterday thinking I might get through the first section but I read the entire thing in a sitting! I simply could not stop - each poem resonated with me in a different way. I loved every page, every word. It’s going to be on my bedside table for the foreseeable future–giving me strength and hope when I can’t find either in myself. Thank you, thank you!”
~ a recently divorced reader
“You are brave. You are putting yourself out there. This is auto-biographical and you are allowing yourself to be vulnerable. That makes your writing even more relatable.”
~ mother of two
